The Apartment

2-6 people, private bathroom, kitchen with cooking facilities, fridge/freezer, livingroom with a fire place 
and  balcony with  a beautiful view. Wireless internet connection.

Our apartment it suitable for a family or a bunch of friends.
There are three standard beds and a possibility to add one extra bed. There are also a convertible sofa in the living room for two
people, preferably children.

The apartment is rented out on a weekly basis as standard,
from Monday - Sunday (or agreement). But for low season it
can be rented on a daily basis. Contact us for information
about availability.

Price per week (without breakfast), peak season :
4000 SEK

During low season Sep 1 - May 30 :  3000 SEK

Breakfast buffet can be included for 200 SEK per person per week.

The buffet includes bread, cereals, yoghurt, milk, eggs, ham, cheese, salami, marmalade and jam, vegetables and fruits, tea, coffee, orange and apple juice. We also make fried eggs and bacon or oatmeal porrige on request.

Terms and conditions, the Apartment
For rental of the apartment, general terms for cottage rental
in Sweden will apply. Read the terms here.

For payment, we offer slightly more generous terms than stated in
the general terms and conditions. We ask the guest to pay 50% of
the rent 1 month in advance. If the room is cancelled after that
without any of the special reasons stated in the general terms
(e.g illnes) the paid amount cannot be refunded.
